The attached link shows a composite sketch of the individual who committed a sexual assault on November 19, 2009, at approximately 5:15 p.m., in a wooded area off of Sligo Creek Parkway at the Old Carroll Avenue Bridge (on the Bike/Running trail).
Further description: Hispanic male, 25-35 yo, 5'7"-5'9", medium build, short military style haircut.
