Takoma Park Police Department Crossing Guard, Carolyn Pinkard, expresses her sincere thanks to everyone who has sent her cards, flowers, food, etc., after being involved in an accident on January 26, 2010. Ms. Pinkard is progressing, although she is still in pain. Yesterday, a soft cast was placed on her ankle. Please continue to keep Ms. Pinkard in your thoughts and prayers during her long road to recovery.
