Detectives from the Takoma Park Police Department are investigating the disappearance of a critically missing Takoma Park juvenile. Nicole Michelle Owens was last seen Monday, January 25, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the 8500 block of Flower Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland. It is suspected that she may be with a 16 year old male who is known only as “Kevin.”
Nicole Michelle Owens is described as an 11 year old black female, approximately 5’5 and weighing approximately 130 lbs.
Owens is considered a critical missing juvenile due to her age.
