The suspects proceeded to demand the victim empty his pockets and give them everything. S1 implied he had a gun under his jacket. The victim ran and no property was taken. 7600 block of Takoma Ave, on Saturday, October 9 at 1:42 p.m., a known suspect approached a victim at Montgomery College in the library, exposed himself, and ejaculated on the victim.

7100 block of Maple Ave, on Thursday, October 7 at 4:23 p.m., unknown suspects entered the residence through an unlocked window and/or an unlocked door and stole property.

300 block of Ethan Allen Ave, on Monday, October 11 at 11:24 p.m., victim was waiting at bus stop when he was approached by a vehicle with four suspects inside. S1 and S2 exited the car and attempted to force the victim inside. The victim resisted and yelled for help as S1 grabbed the victim’s bag. All the suspects then fled the scene. S1: B/M, 17-19yoa, white sweatshirt, blue jeans, 5'7, 150lbs dreads, dark baseball cap. S2: B/M 17-19yoa white sweatshirt, blue jeans, 5-7, 150. S3: B/M. S4: B/M.

1200 block of Holton Ln, between Friday, October 8 at 11:00 a.m. and Monday, October 11 at 7:50 a.m., unknown suspect(s) broke a window and entered the residence and stole property. The homeowner secured the broken window with a loose board and the following two nights the board had been removed, however no property was taken and it is unknown if entry was made.
