COMCAST Cable Outage - Community Advisory
The Takoma Park Police Department notifies appropriate companies when there is an electric or cable outage. At this time, COMCAST believes that the only problem with cable is for specific addresses with On Demand. They have relayed to this Department that they are working to resolve this and all issues within the next 72 hours. If your specific problems persist after that time frame, COMCAST asks that you call them directly at 1-800-COMCAST and give a specific address so they can address the problem.
