The Sligo Creek Park trail in Prince George’s County has had a series of indecent exposure incidents up and down the trail. In each report, the suspect is wearing the same clothing: a yellow Polo shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. The suspect is described as a young Hispanic male, in his mid to late 20’s, thin build, approximately 150 lbs., with short dark hair. The suspect is also described as having the following mannerisms: (1) does not make eye contact with males (lowers face to the ground when passing by males), but walks “normal” when passing by a female; and (2) changes his shirt once or twice a day.
Although Takoma Park does not have any active or open cases linked to these incidents, this is a joint investigation between the Prince George’s County Police, the Prince George’s Park Police and Takoma Park Police, due to the close vicinity of the incidents and jurisdictions.
