Washington, Maryland, for armed robbery, 1st degree assault, theft over $10,000, use of an armored ballistics vest during a crime of violence, false imprisonment and conspiracy to commit all offenses as charged above.

On June 1, 2011, at approximately 8:02 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 1000 block of University Blvd. (Express Check Cash) for reports of a commercial armed robbery.
