Chief Ronald A. Ricucci of the Takoma Park Police Department announces the arrest of Christopher David Wedderburn, 24, of Adelphi, Maryland, for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) Marijuana with the intent to distribute.
On November 28, 2011, at approximately 10:51 p.m., Takoma Park Police were on patrol in the 1300 block of University Boulevard and conducted a traffic stop. A consent to search was granted revealing numerous plastic bags of CDS Marijuana in an amount indicative of an intent to distribute.
Wedderburn was arrested, charged accordingly and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
