On December 1, 2011, at approximately 7:50 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 1300 block of University Blvd. East (Walgreens Drug Store) for a report of a theft that occurred earlier. Investigation revealed that a black male, approximately 6’0,-6’1, 190-200 lbs., last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes, entered Walgreens, took property and fled from the establishment without paying.
